Suggest Remedies For Arthritis While On Tylenol

I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my back - mostly on the right side and shoulder. I wake up every morning with severe pain. I have been using Tylenol for arthritis and Theracurmin, also Lakota for the pain only with temporary relief. I can t sleep on my back as my back gets very painful when I do and is now to the point I can t lay on my back. I also have arthritis in both knees. The chiropractor gave me exercises with the rubber rope to do every second day. What can I do to get relief on a longer term basis? Most of the time my knees don t bother me - I walk daily.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Looking to the intensity of the pain, the support with Tylenol would not be that extensive to get best relief.

I recommend to get additional prescription of etoricoxib or tramadol hydrochloride from your consultant for much better soothing. Continue physio as per assisted by the chiropractor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
