Suggest Remedies For Allergies Causing Fatigue, Congestion And Lightheadedness
Hello I have been feeling light headed, fatique, and congested off and on. I have seen my ENT twice in 6 weeks. I dont allergy symptons like sneezing, running nose or watery eyes. She said that I have allergies. I was prescribes a Nasel spray, take Clairiton every day and nasal wash at night.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like, viral infection , trauma , allergic and non-allergic rhinitis , hypertension and use of blood thinning medications.
But in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to condition like sinusitis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , X-ray , blood test and allergy test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with decongestant and expectorant .
Fow nor take proper rest , take steam thrice a day and take bendry twice a day . You should take steam twice a day to rekliever the congestion.
