Suggest Remedies For A Large Painful Lump On My Vagina
I am 39 weeks pregnant and 2 days ago a hard lump appeared in my vaginal area. In an attempt to make a head appear, I applied a warm wash cloth to the area about 4 times. Despite these efforts, the lump has increased in size and it has become increasingly painful for me to walk. What steps should I take now?

You need to visit the gynecologist at the earliest.
It appears as bartholin cyst which is infected in your case by the history.
It needs a incision and drainage if pus is there under local Anaesthesia.
Early visit is better.
