Suggest Precaution To Have A Safe Pregnancy And Avoid Miscarriages

Hello, I am 29 years old, married with four kids and pregnant for the fifth. My question is this; I ve had 2 miscarriages without knowing what caused them, please is there any precautions I could take to avoid losing this pregnancy? And what are the likely causes for a miscarriage? Thank you!

there are different causes for miscarraige. blood group difference with foetus. toxoplasmosis. any other bacterial or viral infection to pregnant mother. trauma to pregnant mother during pregnancy. proper imunisation can prevent some of risky disease.
