Suggest Precaution For Conceiving With A History Of Miscarriage
I am 35 yrs female and had a miscarriage in April 2014 having a pregnancy of 6 weeks. This was our 1st attempt for baby. During that time I was deficient in Vit D3. Now during these 3 months, I have been taking multivitamins and all the blood tests are normal. I would like to know: 1) What precautions should I follow to avoid any future complications? 2) Any specific medications you would suggest to be as safe as possible?

Eat healthy food, fruits and vegetables.. Drink lots of water. Next time after cardiac activity appears take progesterone tablet till 12 weeks. Hope I have answered your query. good day
