Suggest Permanent Cure For Cold And Runny Nose Caused By Change In Season
when i wake up last morning i was having cold, running nose, throat irritation,watery and tired eyes, feeling somewhat cold in normal temperature. I usually have this problem every time during change of season in India. please suggest both short term and permanent solution to this problem. Thanks in advance.

It seems you are suffering from 'Seasonal allergic rhinitis'.
Measures that are effective include avoiding the allergen such as pollen,abundant at the change of season.Hence stay indoors and venture outdoors with mask.
Intranasal corticosteroids (mometasone 50 mcg or Buesonide 64 mcg-2 sprays once in a day each nostril) are the preferred treatment if medications are required, with other options used only if these are not effective.Steroid nasal sprays are effective and safe, and may be effective without oral antihistamines. They take several days to act and so must be taken continuously for several weeks, as their therapeutic effect builds up with time.
Antihistamine drugs (third-generation e.g.cetirizine 5 mg daily or loratadine 10 mg daily) can be taken orally preferably before exposure and are less likely to cause drowsiness.
Complementary-alternative treatments include acupuncture and homeopathy with variable results.
