Suggest Oral Medicines For Wounds On Shoulder

My son is 1year 8 months old and 12kg wt.he is sweating a lot and now there are 5 water bobble type of wound on his left shoulder I use T Bact ointment that is effective and after 5 days i found same type 4 wounds.should i give any oral medicine also i found that his body itches but not regularly.

I really appreciate your concern for your son and from the history given here I could say that if the wound is not infective then no need to give any medicine orally if there is pus inside the wound then antibiotic can be given orally and the best drug is Amoxicillin, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
