Lactare tablets are ayurvedic which contain poly herbal combination with all herbs having potent galactogenic properties are used to assure adequate lactation. It has no side effects. It can take as long as someone breast feed. Usually two tablets twice daily is the recommended dose of this drug. But, it can be taken two tablets three times daily in case of insufficient lactation. Plenty of fluids like 3-4 liters, milk, eggs, meat, leafy green vegetables, garlic, fenugreek, fish, balanced diet etc should be taken for enhancing lactation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
