Suggest Natural Ways To Remove Eczema Scar

When I was a kid, I had eczema for a long time, which made me scratch my body a lot. Now, I have spots on the most of my body that are darker than the rest. Can I get rid of them naturally, or do I have to use some kind of medicine, or what should I do?
