Suggest Natural Remedy To Increase Hemoglobin Count

Hi, My friend whos age is 22yrs old she is having very less hemoglobine means 5 to 6 percent only.
she is having this problem from childhood and now she is facing some problem like tired easily very less stamina.
please help us how to improve hemoglobine without any side effect to comeout this problem.

Hai,
hemoglobin around 5 to 6 is considered as severe type of anemia.
it needs certain type of iron based medication as early as possible.
In mean time start taking fig,dates,pomogranates and meat regularly to increase the hemoglobin level.folic acid containing foods like spinach,sprouted pulses will help in increasing iron.
I suggest you get an opinion from a hematologist to rule out the cause.
