Suggest Methods To Lose Weight

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I suffer from depression, and have put on weight, and this is getting me more depressed. I try to lose weight , i start of the being of the week, but by the end of the week I over east. I want to lose weight urgently and want to know how i can do this. I cannot jion a club as have no money, this is another reason why I am so depressed, can you please help me to lose weight and feel better within myself, and get out of this depreeive state.

Thank you for writing. I know one thing for sure, if you want something you can achieve it no matter what. If you focuse everything will fall into place. If you can't bare a registration, no problem. Thrre is nothing more relaxing than running outdoor, in the fresh air. For the first week you can run 30 minutes. Then you can add 5 minutes more every week as your performance improve. Running will felo you feel well mentally too. During running your body releases serotonine known as the hormone of happiness, it is a natural antidepressant. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Cut out fats, saturated fats such as butter. You can exercise at home by doing lunges, squats, biceps exercise with tow bottle of water. You can do push ups and abs workout at home too. So run for 30 minutes and exercise at home for 15 minutes. You will see results for 2-3 months.
