hi iam 21 years old weight 73kgs.height 176 cm.i would like to clear my abnormal waist n huge legs.wil u giv me an advise to clear fat either by lipo r exercise.i lost weight frm 83 to 73 by swimming.but nw i would lik to mak my shape perfect which is not attained by swimming.i joing gym but iam not getting any reduction of my waist n legs .pls give me a solution

As u have reduced your weight from 83 to 73, if u wanna reduce your waist fat further and loose leg fat,u should start cycling,slow running and abdominal exercises like abodimal crunches,push ups,rotating waist side to side as it is given in in front of cycle.in addition u will have to do dieting by low fat,low carbohydrate with high protein.
