Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. I suggest you to advice your client to follow strictest dietery and exercise schedule to follow. Before that you must get a doctor's help to identify if there is any hormonal imbalances or any other clinical conditions.
Beside stringent jogging and aerobic exercises, your client can follow this diet:
Breakfast at 8 AM - Fruits and Vegetable salad
at 11 - Tea or coffee with few almonds
Lunch at 2 - Food rich in dietary fibre like oatsmeal porridge and vegetables
at 5 - tea or coffee with low fat biscuits and almonds
at 7 dinner - Fruit salad, milk

I am suggesting 5 to 10 almonds in between meals because it is known to reduce hunger pangs.

Hope this answers your query.Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
