Suggest Medicines For BP With Acidity Problems

i am 67 years old male suffering from B.P since last 10 years and i am taking treatment too but now a days i have severe acidity problem like burning sensation etc and also there is weakness so kindly suggest me some medicines as well as precautions to get over it.

Thanks for your query.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Your are age is 67 and taking medications for blood pressure for 1 years indicate that the aging process is going on along with effects of lifestyle, medications and may be inactivity known to come with advancing age.
This may be added with increase in acidity secondary to anxiety and stress or change in diet.
Hence it is important to get the blood pressure under control.
Change over to the diet that is soft and bland.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacids and Domperidone that will take care of the acidity related problems.
If this does not help get an Upper GI Endoscopy to know the exact problems and get treated additionally to take care of the symptoms that you have.
Exercises help in all the ways, start walking.
