For the pressure and congestion, you can use decongestants which you can get over the counter. A vaporizer may also help to reduce symptoms. Saline nasal rinses are sometimes helpful. Very short-term use of a nasal spray decongestant such as Afrin may provide some relief. The amoxicillin may not be strong enough for this infection, so I suggest you call the emergicare and ask them to give you a prescription for a stronger antibiotic. Hope this helps.
