Suggest Medicine For Androgenic Alopecia

I have hairfall I use many things to stop them then I consult with dermologist she told me that u have androgenitic alopecia then she prescribe me minoxidil and finestride I use both eight months but I had not seen any result ,then I took three prp sessions without minoxidil again my hair are nt stop then I consult with another dermoligst he also told u have androgenitic alopecia then he prescribe me dutastride and minoxidil I feel some sexual problem with them I don t want to use them there is no other way to stop hairfall,now my hair are going very thin
