Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Treatment of acne depends on the severity of acne.
Judging from the treatment that you are currently using, you seem to have moderate to severe inflammatory acne.
Momate is mometasone furoate which is a topical steroid and it should be stopped because steroids have no role in acne and may rather cause more acne if used regularly.
Apart from that your treatment is quite good and includes Oral retinoid 20 mg capsules and clindamycin+adapalene topical gel and can be continued but probably it is not apt to the severity of your acne
If I was the treating doctor I would have also added an oral antibiotic e.g Azithromycin. Oral antibiotics are better suited to control the inflammatory flare and can be continued for 8-12 weeks depending on the response and the severity of acne.
Besides I would have also added topical benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel as a spot acne treatment during day time.
I would suggest that you seek another appointment with your dermatologist. I am sure your dermatologist will modify treatment depending on the response and after assessing the severity.
You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your dermatologist. Salicylic acid peel is particularly useful for acne and oily skin.
