sir i m very much involved in masterbation since 12 years.i am 30 years old.5 10 height ,weight 62 ,penis length 4.5 .sometimes there is pain during urine.i m very slim.i m suffering in premature ejaculation.whole body shake due to weakness.kindly suggest me diet/medicine.
