Suggest Medications For Avoiding Miscarriage During Pregnancy

I am 37 and have had two healthy pregnancies. I recently had a miscarriage (first one) in December. I recently tested positive for ANA (1:40) and anticardiolipin antibodies IGM (level was 13). All of my other lab results are normal. Based on this info, what medication (if any) would you recommend for me during pregnancy and TTC to prevent another miscarriage? I have had two different opinions and am seeking a third. THANKS!!!

You can take progestin like Susten to make your pregnancy stronger and healthier. As of now drink plenty of water and take adequate rest.
