Iam suffering from liagment injury in my right knee past one year after consult doctor and taken proper medicine and phyesiotherapy i got well and i started playing foot ball from past two weeks i feel pain in my both the knees i taken medicines still ihave no relief kindly recommed me some medicine

Wear a knee brace to stabilize the knee and protect it from further injury. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Naproxen will help with pain and swelling. Surgical intervention might be required for repair.
