I have started getting big headaches that feel like a vice around my whole head & throb far worse when I bend down. I am not used to having headaches. I only got mild sinus/allergy headaches infrequently. Since I started using a neti-bottle in the shower regularly, I no longer suffer from allergies. The headaches are new, in the last couple of months at most. I now actually buy aspirin, take it everyday, & always have some on me when out.
