Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Azithromycin and Fluconazole and Ornidazole combination kit and for local application ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.

Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.
Try to keep watch on weight loss.
To be on safer side please get blood sugar levels fasting and post lunch done.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
