Suggest Medication For Tenderness In Mouth.

I have had a tender area on the roof of my mouth for about 8 days now and it doesn't seem to be getting better or worse. I didn't burn it and it doesn't cause pain as such but just feels tender and warm and I would imagine would look red if I checked.

any ideas?

thanks for your query, the tenderness could be be because of a traumatic ulcer or aphthous ulcer. it can also because of gum or tooth infection. consult your oral physician and take radiograph to rule out any tooth infection. you can take topical anesthetic and analgesic if it is ulcer orelse you have to take a course of antibiotics if it is tooth infection and treat the tooth or gum... i hope my answer will help you take care..
