Suggest Medication For Spots On Arms And Legs Causing Itchiness

Please help I have had this for 3 months I did my second treatment last night when will,I start to see an improvement I am getting married in two weeks I am covered in spots on my arms and legs and the itching is so bad I feel so depressed please give me some good news
