Suggest Medication For Small Blood Clots Post Hysterectomy

I m a 36 y/o female, complete hysterectomy April 2012. I ve noticed small blood clots when I wipe after going to the bathroom. Today, it was also accompanied by some abdominal cramping. I am on HRT - 2mg estradiol pills. My vagina has also been quite itchy which I attributed to the thinning of the vaginal walls during menopause. Should I be concerned or is the small amount of blood fairly common?

Some minor injury to vaginal mucosa like after having sexual intercourse lead to bleeding slightly..
But however in my opinion you should consult the gynecologist to rule out any blood collection.
