Suggest Medication For Sickness And Diarrhea

Hello my seven year old daughter has sickness and dirreaha since yesterday morning. She been on toilet most of day and night now she complaining of pain in her left leg and arm. Is this anything to worry about? My 6 year old is also sick but not as bad as other thank you for your time..

I am Dr.Ratnakar and I am pleased to assist you.
Kids are more prone for dehydration when they have diarrhea.
This has to be prevented.
A dry tongue and decreased urine output are indicators of dehydration.
Enough fluids including electrolyte solution like pedialyte should be given to prevent dehydration.
A stool test should be done to look for infection. Based the stool test report medication may be given.
