I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea is such symptoms that it seldom need any treatment, the diarrhea should never be checked else it may cause the distention, if this is the infection then it has to be treated with specific antibiotic but most of the time it comes around on its own just care needs to be taken for dehydration, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
