Suggest Medication For Runny Nose, Sneezing And Cough

I need to know what medication I can take to help my symtons: runny nose, sneezing, cough occationally I get headaches with it. I have tried allergy medications(over-the-counter and prescription) and essential oils and nothing helps me. email YYYY@YYYY

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You are having mostly viral or allergic rhinitis or sinusitis...

Your auscultation and CBC should be done..
If CBC shows AEC more than 400 than allergic cause and for that Allegra LC given.

For viral (CBC show lymphocytosis) symptomatic management done...

Take benadryl for few days to relieve congestion...

Vitamin C tablet given as it is best antiviral agent...

Steam inhalation and more water..

For three days oxymetazoline nasal drop given...

If auscultation shows rhonchi than management for rhonchitis done
