Suggest Medication For Persistent Chest Congestion And Wheezing

i have had chest congestion for about 2 weeks. worse when I lay down to go to bed. I am taking an inhaler and robitussin. The whezzig makes my whole body seem to vibrate. What else can I take and can I take musinex and robitussin at ther same time.

Hi,

You have mentioned a problem for two weeks.

So bronchitis should be ruled out and to assess severity spirometry should be done along with digital chest x-ray.

If needed for 3-5 days, nebulization of bronchodilator respule can be given. The other option can be short term steroid course.
