Hai sir, my pennies area redness and uncomfortable itching (in outer&inner) layer of the pennies.red spot also present. We are applied for b-bact ointment for 3times. But still now pain &itching present over the pennies. Can u suggest any medication please

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion it could be fungal infection and it can be given try with 'Terbinafine cream' apply this three times in a day, may take little linger time for cure, and if it fails to response then clinical examination is advisable hope this information helps.
