Suggest Medication For Pain In The Rectum

I have severe pain in my rectum. I can feel something possibly 2 hard long things inside. They almost feel like a scab. This has been going on for months and keeps getting worse. I have an appt next week with a rectal DR. I cant take the pain anymore. When I have a bowel movement its always soft but it hurts so bad everytime I go and for a long time after. The pain is constant but does subside after a while. It hurts to sit and walk at this point. I know I have hemmorhoids. What else is wrong with me?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Feeling two hard long things in rectum, with severe pain that subsides later can be due to the following things:
These can be thrombosed hemorrhoids that can be felt, otherwise the normal hemorrhoids are not normally palpable.
Can be polyp.
Can be an abscess.
The best way to do is the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen which has painkiller property too.
Laxatives to keep stool soft.
Your Doctor will tell the exact diagnosis after a per-rectal digital palpation and ano-proctoscopy.
Colonoscopy should be done to rule out any causes.
Tests of stool and blood.
Proper management wither medical or surgical as will be advised by your Specialist.
