Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think it can be due to sudden jumping which you have done, you have pulled some muscles and that is causing problem in your back and buttocks.
Also there can be a nerve compression in the back which can also present in same manner. For which I would suggest you to meet a orthopaedic surgeon and discuss about this, if there is only pulled muscle then you can be benefited by hot water fomentation, muscle relaxant like Myoril and Myospaz and voletran ointment.
If it is nerve compression in the back then I would suggest you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet. You might need MRI of the spine to confirm this thing
