welcome to Health care magic.
1.TB it self can cause joint TB / bone TB with joint effusion, bony changes.
2.Since x-ray says its normal, an MRI to evaluate the status of the disc and nerve roots.
3.As there are several spinal problems seen with the TB lymph adenitis.
4.It may be a simple back pain with nothing to do with the TB, just try some back pain exercises on daily basis, which may help.
5.How ever you are on treatment.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
