Suggest Medication For Nausea & Indigestion

I am a 21 year old college student. I have recently joined a yoga class. Today I ate toast, fruit, salad, fish spegetti and another salad. I have used the restroom 6 times and each time my stool turns greener and there is more undigested food, almost to the point where it is mostly undigested lettuce. I have also felt naseus all day. I know that going to the bathroom 6 times for stool is high for a normal day, whats going on? Also I have dry heaved at odd times. I was adjusting my belt and i dry heaved, I smelt a stong room and dry heaved. I know that I am not pregnant, so I am a little concered about what is going on.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be indigestion. For that you can take tab. Diapepsin P and tab. Ondansetron after consultation. For pain, you can take tab. Dicyclomine plus tab. Paracetamol. Keep yourself hydrated.

Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
