Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Paracetamol (crocin) syrup 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly depending on the gravity of fever.
Tepid sponging along with medicine 3-4 times daily help in reducing fever quickly.
If it is viral fever it subsides within 3-4 days.
Other wise she needs pediatrician's consultation for diagnosis and treatment.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
