Suggest Medication For Depression

hi i'm the patient of anti depression, was using medicine clomfranil before an year. i was totaly perfect in condition but some days ago i caught in same condition and i have forgotten the dosage of medicine, before or after meal...... can you guide me please.

Elimination half life of clomipramine is 30 to 42 hours and a drug need five half life to get out of body completely. If you miss one dose, it would not make any difference. You can take your dose any time in a day, but try to take it regularly.
