Hello I am a male 18 years old and I feel this sort of depressing feeling in my chest everyday randomly whenever negative or bad thoughts go though my head I m not sure what it is I would like to solve this because I do not feel as if I can keep functioning like this forever

In my opinion some sort of counselling will help you .
Consult a psychiatrist and get his counselling as well consultation .
This is not a disease but simple psychological problem.
