Suggest Medication For Damaged Skin Due Usage Of Creams

hi,

i have query related to my facial skin.I had acne acne problem starting from age 16.I used a lot of soaps and creams.But now after 10 years, i find my facial skin badly damaged with a lot of pits,scratches,strech marks,depressions on face.

Suggest a way to come out of it

From your history and description, it seems to me that you are having acne scars and uneven skin tone.
Acne scars can be treated by procedures like Microdermabrasion, Dermarollers, Subcision and Lasers. The exact procedure/ combination of procedure that you will need can be determined after assessing the type of scars, depth of scars, age of scars and the extent.By doing these procedures, the scars will become less apparent and smoother. Unfortunately, acne scars cannot be treated by gels/ creams.
You could also opt for chemical peels like glycolic peels, which help to remove the superficial scars and associated pigmentation on the face. This will give a glow to your face.
Use a gel based broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 4 hours.
Have a healthy diet rich in anti oxidant containing fruits and vegetables.
