Hi my son 3 year old is having caugh from 4 days and from yesterday start some time vomit. His nose was liking from 8 days and daybedore yesterday had fever and he took fever medcin once only and fever reduce now he doesn t have fever sugest me how and what to give him for caugh and voimet

Now your child do not have fever so improving..
It might be viral infection of respiratory tract..
For wet cough and vomiting Ambroxol syrup and ondensteron syrup might prescribed..
Your child work up should be done in following ways...
-Auscultation
-CBC
-pulse and vitals examination
If rhonchi or stridor present than bronchodilator might needed
Take care
Consult pediatrician for examination and get prescription accordingly
