hello i m a22 year boy and i m constantly suffering from constipation for last 1 year and consult many doctors but they just give me laxative to make it ease ,but i want to tell that my stool is not hard and strong,they are soft and pencil sized , i do running everyday yet there is no complete evacuation please help me...
