hello sir i m Zeeshan sir i m applying alot of pressure , while passing stool however i m taking medicine currently which are as follows (capsule GOCID, tab SULVORID, capsule DEPRICAP and HADENSA herbal ointment) sir i m 31yrs old please suggest me something which is suitable for me THANKS.
