Suggest Medication For Chronic Cough

I have had a chest infection taking biosolvon tablets and clarithromycin. Have been taking for over a week and still not getting over it. Have been going to work however feel this constant need to cough all the time. Is there anything else I should be taking or doing?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done sputum culture for identification of bacteria.
You may also need dual antibiotics as you are not improved with single antibiotic.
If you still not improve than go for CT Thorax to rule out worsening of disease or not. You may need bronchoscopy and BAL analysis too.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss these.
