Suggest Medication For Bumps Under Eye And Concussion After An Injury

My boyfriend has hit his head on the concrete 2 days ago. He got stitches on this forehead and he has now bumps under his eyes - he also has a concussion. The bumps are definitely not because of blood because they have the normal skin color. It might be caused by the water which was used to clean his wound out on the forehead. How could I make them disappear faster?

Hello
It seems from the history that your boy friend is having bumps and swelling around the eye following head injury.
This is commonly seen following injuries to the face above the level of the eye brow.
This is because of collection of blood or fluids following injury.
This will resolve by itself as these fluids get absorbed slowly.
Applying cold compression and use of antiinflammatory drugs help to provide symptomatic relief.

Thank you
