Suggest Medication For Body Itch

Hello, About two and a half months ago I noticed itching on right earlobe and behind ear extending down the neck. Along with that came a similar rash presenting on my left breast spreading into area between breasts. This came and went for several weeks, and then the same intense rash started up in and around my armpits. Again it subsided for a week but came back. Now it is in all of those places, and also now in the area above my tailbone, between my buttocks. I am feeling tired from the constant care...I wash the areas 3x a day and lately have been applying a 1% clotrimizole cream, thinking that perhaps I have a fungal issue brought about from a candida imbalance. Can you please help? Thank you

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have flexural dermatitis. fungal infections are also common in flexural areas due to sweating.
my treatment advise would be:
1. maitain hygeine.
2. if i would have been your treating doctor, i would have treated you with oral antifungals like tab fluconazole 150 mg once a week and topical topisone m cream(clobetasone butyrate plus miconazole)cream twice a day.
3. antihistaminics like tab levocetrizine will help in relief from itching.
