Suggest Medication For Bloating Of Stomach,tenderness And Numb Feet

Hi there :)Im 18 years old (Female) and for a while now i have a really tender stomach and its really Bloated all the time Its like it even when ive just woken up and haven t eaten anything but when i do it gets even worse .I also get tingly numbing pain in my feet all the time and i haven t had my period in about 1 year PLEASE HELP

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 18 year old girl not having periods for about 1 year, have bloating, getting worse on eating, tenderness of abdomen, and numbness of feet.
I would think of some hormonal imbalance causing or adding to the pre-existing problems.
Tenderness with bloating can be due to another reasons like:
Inflammatory process going on inside the abdomen may be enteritis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, mesenteric lymph node problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Tests of blood, for thyroid, other hormones and the routine.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
CT scan with enteroclysis.
Tests of stool and urine .
These will give the diagnosis and proper treatment.
