Also other: several bilateral subcentimeter foci of increased t2 signal in the periventricular white matter which is non-specific but could indicate a demyelinating process or chronic microvascular ischemic changes. My primary doctor think I have ms but I don t beleive it. I will be attending Neurology this week.. What is that mean above?

The radiologist says that those areas are also on both sides of the brain but they could also be due to microscopic blood vessel deterioration in those small areas of the brain which can be seen in people who smoke, have hypertension, high cholesterol, or are diabetic among other things.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
