Suggest Medication For IBS

Dear Doctor kindly let me know I am in much trouble due to Dysentery and pain I have Irregular Bowl Syndrom is this Medicine Normacin is effective in IBS?And what other Medicine I should use kindly tell me. Well come to HCM
If this is dysentery then this can be best managed with "Tab Sacnidazole two tab of single dose but can be divided in two dosage, twice in day, for the IBS just do nothing because this is not the pure pathological condition, you have to keep the stress level low to get rid of this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
