Suggest Medication And Treatment For Anal Fissures

Hi doctor. I am suffering from Anal fissures from last 10 days & while taking medication & ointment i am not finding any healing. I am trying to keep my stools softer by ducloflax tablets but the pain is not healing. Kindly suggest me something so that i can get back to my normal condition.

Hi.

Anal fissures are corrected by Ksharsootra procedure in Ayurveda only. The thread and local applications applied over fissures freshen the edges and then heal simultaneously. There is herbal medicine to be given orally.
If I were your attending doctor I would advise you to go for ksharsootra. In modern surgery dilatation of anus is done from smallest to highest no. Of dilators to widen the anus so that fissure edges are freshened. It takes more time to heal back.

I think it gives you hint to take decision.
