Suggest Management For Ear Popping Following A Severe Ear Pain

Hello.....I have what I believe to be air trapped in my ear....it feels for lack of a better term crunchy and sounds like peroxide bubbling when I touch/ move any part .This has been going on for about a week....before this started for about two months there was terrible pressure in the same ear.....I hope you can help. T I A

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of eustachian tub dysfunction and it could be because of ear wax accumulation and fungal infection in ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. You should go for otoscopic examination. Take antibiotic along with anti-inflammatory medication. Apply warm compresses on ear. Put ciplox or gatiflox ear drops. Avoid touching or pricking it with sharp object.
