I am 33year old (male) & recentally approximetally one montha back i feel more negetive thoughts like abought death & more warry about loved ones after lot of try i was not able to remove the negetive thouts but it is not affected my routine activities but due to this i feel my energy level goes down & i know that how can i will be energetic parrallel with thought of death. but some time i was bisy in work or other activity this thoughts out & when alone this thouts comes aggresivaly.but overall maximum times goes to thinking about that thoughts & i was afraid those thoughts.i remember that one neight i went to sleep & suddanly i feel ocward like this is my last time i feel that my body becomes warm & i continiousally watching my baby & my wife which is already sleeped on bed after approximetally one hour i feel better & sleep but from that day this problem will start.i was totally cofused this is really problem or not. so pl.advoice me to take the action
